One week before Thanksgiving 🦃 my health Journey began. The very first week I lost 11 pounds! Currently, I am down almost 50 pounds.
Before I began working with my own health coach, I had been running regularly several times per week. My cousin and I did a couple of 5k races. We were quite proud of hard work and I was surprised to find that we finished in the middle of the pack. When we first started running I weighed in at about 260 pounds. Over the 7 months or so that we were training I had only lost 10 pounds. We were very consistent and I was surprised that I hadn’t lost more. It is true what they say… you cannot out run your fork .
